1. Pay what they are worth
2. Never micromanage
3. Set clear goals and KPIs
4. Avoid long (unnecessary) meetings
5. Provide a pleasant work place

- Believe in them
- Schedule more one on one time
- Find out what motivates them
- Provide resources they need to do the work exceptionally well
- Praise and compliment them often
- Help co-create purposeful work
- Help them develop new skills
- Actively involve them in decisions
